I needed to mention what a delight it has been for me to order a mattress through Sleepy’s with the assistance of their salesman. This individual was informative, sincere, patient, paid attention to us, and helped us choose a mattress which appears, up to this stage, perfect for us! It is not easy for us because its only been about five years since we purchased a Sleepys bed.

Since our preferences had changed I was afraid of over-investing. Our salesman was personable and remembered us the few times we came and left during these few weeks process. He sold us the bed because we trusted him and felt he had our best interest at heart, not his own. This was not the case in alternative stores. Thanks for an excellent product along with a great buying experience.

Top Praise Given To Sleepys Because Of Their Exceptional Service

Buyers ordinarily post massages because they’re not happy with a services. But the truth is, our message will be the opposite. We have been so delighted by the support that personnel at Sleepys gave to us in recent times, that we thought it justified correspondence of commendation by us.

We pulled over in the Sleepys store and got a new mattress model. From the beginning, our salesperson was polite, patient and also insightful in regards to which mattress model we may want to consider. Nevertheless, we had to change the mattress model for some other mattresses, not even once, but thrice. Bear in mind that we are professional folks and don’t have a habit of exchanging items we buy.

This seemed to be an unusual situation. We must offer to Sleepys our highest compliment for their patience, kindness, consideration and, above all, the professional manner in which they conducted each exchange. Never once did any of the staff seem annoyed or upset. As a matter of fact, they were all very concerned with our choosing the correct mattress that suited our needs. We went to Sleepys in the first place because of its reputation. However, we were very blessed to have found the excellent assistance which they offered to us. Now we have urged that everyone else buying a mattress stop at Sleepys store.
